Florida is hitting a milestone this year that may raise questions about the depth of the states economic recovery under Gov. Rick Scott.
A record more than 4 million Floridians about 20 percent of the states population will have health coverage provided by Medicaid this year, the state-federal program aimed at low-income families, the elderly and disabled.
